Before You Sail

Helpful information to prepare for your cruise experience

Tip: Once you receive your booking number, we highly recommend downloading your cruise line’s mobile app (Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, etc.). This will be your go-to tool for planning your cruise, purchasing packages, and managing your trip details.

Beverage Packages

Cruise lines offer optional beverage packages to enhance your onboard experience. Once your reservation is confirmed, download the cruise line’s mobile app and sign in using your booking number to review and purchase packages in advance—this is often where you’ll find the best pricing.

Available options typically include:

  • Classic Soda Package – Unlimited fountain soda and Coca-Cola Freestyle beverages (or similar offerings)

  • Refreshment Package – Premium coffees, bottled water, fresh juices, mocktails, and more

  • Deluxe Beverage Package – I A wide selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and all non-alcoholic beverages

Pricing varies based on the package selected and current promotions. Purchasing in advance often provides the best value.

Travel Documentation

All guests are responsible for ensuring they have proper travel documentation.

For U.S. citizens, a valid passport is strongly recommended. For closed-loop cruises (departing and returning to the same U.S. port), guests may travel with a certified birth certificate and a government-issued photo ID. Guests under 16 may travel with a certified birth certificate.

Guests traveling from outside the U.S. should contact their consulate for specific requirements.

Shore excursions may be reserved once your booking is confirmed. Using the cruise line’s mobile app, you can explore available excursions by destination and reserve your spot in advance.

Options may include sightseeing, cultural experiences, and outdoor adventures. We recommend booking early, as popular excursions often sell out.
